When stopping or travelling in the area of the Vidin–Calafat Danube Bridge and the surrounding infrastructure:
- Do not throw lit cigarettes or cigarette butts onto the road, along roadside areas or into vegetation.
- Do not dispose of flammable waste or materials outside designated areas.
- Do not leave objects that could cause ignition or contribute to the spread of a fire.
- Follow fire safety regulations and the instructions of the competent authorities.
Under the current weather conditions, even a moment of negligence can lead to a fire with serious consequences.
We call on all travellers to act responsibly and contribute to protecting the environment, infrastructure and people's safety.
